Organized by Death's manager Eric Greif in March 2012 as a Sweet Relief benefit; Hoglan, DiGiorgio, Masvidal, Reinert, Hamm, Koelble and Clendenin in the first lineups. The 2023 North American tour with Suffocation marks thirty years of Individual Thought Patterns, the 2025 Symbolic Healing tour with Gorguts and the 2026 European dates thirty five years of Human. Gruesome and Cryptopsy's 2025 album both trace to its tours.
Lineup: Gene Hoglan (drums), Steve DiGiorgio (bass), Bobby Koelble (guitar), Max Phelps (vocals, guitar)
