Terrance Hobbs, Frank Mullen, Doug Cerrito and Mike Smith. The Human Waste EP (1991, Relapse) and Effigy of the Forgotten (recorded at Morrisound in June 1991 in a week on a five thousand dollar budget with Scott Burns, Roadrunner) fix the template for brutal death metal and the slam riff. Breeding the Spawn (1993) is made at home when Roadrunner cuts the budget; Pierced from Within (1995) returns to Burns. Supports Death to All in 2023 and headlines Devastation on the Nation with I Am Morbid in 2024.
