Left Hand Path is recorded at Sunlight in December 1989, a week after Morbid Angel plays its first Swedish show in Malmö, and released by Earache in June 1990: the reference literature reads it as British grindcore extremity joined to the elaborate songwriting of Florida death metal, and it is Decibel's first Swedish Hall of Fame entry. Clandestine (1991) and Wolverine Blues (1993, the death n roll record) follow. The first tours with Morbid Angel are the American Sickness and European Sickness runs of late 1991. L-G Petrov dies in 2021.
Lineup: Nicke Andersson (drums), Alex Hellid and Uffe Cederlund (guitars); L-G Petrov (vocals, died 2021)
