Cees Wessels's Dutch import label opens a New York office and, with Monte Conner signing, becomes the Florida label of record: Obituary, Deicide, Cynic, Malevolent Creation, Disincarnate, Death's Symbolic, plus Sepultura, Pestilence, Gorguts, Suffocation, Immolation, Exhorder and Sadus. Drops most of its death metal between 1993 and 1995 as sales fall. Warner completes the purchase in 2007.
